My two cents. This is a mining company. Mining companies have to clear the area over the site before using explosives of it is a quarry type mine and not underground. This are the safety regulations listed on the TFR https://ecfr.io/Title-14/Section-91.137

Yep; totally understand the No Fly regs- I read the details.... very interesting the Name (Babbitt) , Date (March 4) and drawing of zone (boomerang) Nothing right now, is as it appears? Probably just a quinki dink? OR A BIG NUTHING BURGER... always on the lookout for the unusual ?
