The time on the first post is 4:44 PM which is quoting a post from 3:33 PM. This seems to be on purpose, given the chance of it happening randomly is rather small.

I don't think they'd be wrong to be suspicious of this coincidence, as it has an estimated 0.0039% chance of happening randomly.

I'm fairly certain that if this truly not random, they are misinterpreting this clue.

Moral of the story: Q supporters aren't the only ones making bad date predictions.
