This isn't even really a joke. This is their official policy.

What a lot of people who don't know miss, is the following:

1. Hormone blockers are not as benign as they sound and are a treatment designed for adults with hormone issues (no one used to be openly evil enough to design these things for children, until now). The affect the mental development of children when given to them (slow their mental development, which they can never get back) and also have negative health side-effects (such as reduced bone density as adults).

2. Most of these so-called transitions therapies essentially sterilize the child. Not to mention creating a life long train of mental health issues (which if they existed before, would have gone away on their own most of the time if you did nothing). Children who have 'transitioned' have a significantly higher rate of suicides.
