There was a bit of back and forth on the qresearch board back in the day and I haven't managed to find it since then, dont know if it was archived or if Q chimed in to give a stamp of approval or not.. but the gist of it was this - think it was written by an anon:

DJT: Did they see the air Qs I was doing at the rally? Official: Yes sir, they all loved it. DJT: Thats good, thats great. And the memes, did they get those? Official: They did sir, they understood it all and added to it.

If anyone knows the section of text I mean, I would love a reference.
