I remember as a kid being fascinated by virology. I studied with great interest Ebola. In a research paper I wrote, I ended with the statement that “the natural reservoir had not been discovered.” It was presumed to have come from bats in a cave. (HONK HONK) lol. And, where was the initial epicenter of hiv in the US? NYC, sound familiar?
I’m very wary of coincidences now. Some things don’t smell right.
You know it’s interesting... I’ve been interested in virology since childhood. In 2019 fall I read this well-written book “And the band played on” which is kind of a historical record of the aids crisis in the 80s. There was a movie of the same name too, I also watched it. It kind of portrayed Fauci as a hero actually. So at first when Covid happened, I thought Fauci was a good guy. I proceeded to go through many radical shifts in my perspective on life over the course of 2020! Haha...
