So, this is just saying that more white people are affected than blacks.. let me point this out.

There are about 42m black people in the US. Now take 42M X .25 (For the 25%) = 10.5m

There are about 234m white people. Take 234m X .08 (8%) = 18.7m.

More white people are affected than blacks....

Math is racist.
