I have seen Russian, French, Israeli and at the moment there is a German R44 over Detroit. https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=3e0777 I've asked if anyone knew if this is normal (like training together) but so far, no answer.

I know that it is done, but have not seen many at one time. I'm kind of wondering if the UK and French flights to Hood are bringing troops for some kind of specialized training.
