From Knox County here, at least he's leaving to the discretion of the counties, and not issuing a state mandate. Things are pretty lax here in Knox County, neighbor to Sevier County. I haphazardly wear a silly see-through mask that I cut apart just to go through the motions and no one says anything, but at other places I see no masks at all....like a gun show I went to last weekend.
