I have found one author who writes about everything that comes up on this sight, and you might have heard of him: Clive Cussler. Everything that I have seen so far ties into several books that he has written, MKUltra, Atlantis, Hypersonic Drones etc. He even wrote an entire story arc on how easy it is to create clones (or robots) of human beings, all under the guise of "fiction". The last nail in the coffin about that is he died this last year, so maybe his books aren't fiction, but talking about real things with a fake story arc? ?

Just read a few of his books from the Dirk Pitt series, such as "Atlantis Found" or "Cyclops", these are extremely accurate surprisingly.
