He looks like what happens when you use the randomize option during character creation in a video game. He has the facial features of like 5 different people and they're all ugly.

There is a reason why he is known as Chiclet Teeth Murphy. He's also notorious for having the most punchable face ever in NJ politics. The only reason why he won is because he's good buddies with Hillary Clinton and got funded by Schumer.
