So Prosecutors can use a few 'strikes?' - it says, "use their first" - how many do they get? And they can eject people they feel will not view their client well? TIL

Yep. Both prosecution and defense can. Almost every time I have jury duty I am dismissed by one side for one reason or another. They don't even need to give a reason.
