didnt q mention the times are not always important but the frequency amd time in between multiple posts were important especially when they become almost rapid fire.

Indeed. Since no one else seems to be calculating this, the time deltas on scavino's 4 tweets today are 14 minutes, 9 minutes, then 18 minutes.
