This makes me question her legal judgement, if she believes he had the power to.

I've questioned her judgment before. She also thought that voting in 2024 and 2022 would "fix" things.

There was clearly an insurrection.

Simply put? No. It's not that easy to declare "insurrection". You have to have the O.K of a bunch of people - of whom he didn't have.

The Dems already had a legal case prepared if Trump were to have called an insurrection. Anything he would have put in place would have been legally removed by Dems.

As we've seen, the courts aren't on our side. It would have been impossible.

Sidney should know that.
