Only one arrest? What about taking down the network and breaking the system? Start with investigating those in that "chat group of 58 people" and following their connections. How about locating those whose whole lives center around profiting from exploitation - the large scale traffickers like the Epstein/Maxwell empire that operated for YEARS destroying THOUSANDS of innocents!

213,000-268,000 minors went missing in 2019 and the one person arrested was not accountable for a single case (according to the linked article). So no, this isn't good enough.
