I think they edited the video. They put it there, then when the Marine One is moving around they just decided not to go through frame by frame and just left if off.
But its definitely not an artifact or a glare. Because it moves so well with the zooming in and out of the camera.
What’s very weird is that there IS really a Q there but in the latter part of the video, it’s not there anymore.
