I agree - doesn't mean that is when we will get the checks in the bank - the reference was clearly to make it officially - a TRUMP sponsored "17th" representation

so that doomers do not want to start a war before the plan is complete

The IRS Get my Payment tool said mine is scheduled for deposit on the 17th, I plan on using it to rent me a new place.
