I just noticed the Spiral Heart on the Magnum Ice Cream Logo, has this been talked about yet?

Spiral Heart aside, listed down below are the ingredients contained in this frozen confectionary abomination. I see carrageenan listed TWICE along with locust bean gum and some other garbage as well. If you care at all about your intestinal health DO NOT consume these ingredients. Locust Bean Gum is known to trigger irritable bowel syndrome and the consumption of carrageenan over time will lead to bowel cancer.
Haagen Dazs in non fancy flavors like vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee etc would be a far healthier choice.
Ice Cream: Milk, Cream, Sugar, Whey, Mono And Diglycerides, Locust Bean Gum, Vanilla Bean Specks, Carrageenan, Natural Flavor, Caramel Color, Annatto Extract (Color). Belgian Milk Chocolate Coating: Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Milk, Milk Fat, PGPR(Emulsifier), Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier), Natural Flavor. Caramel Sauce: Water, Sugar, Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Nonfat Milk, Coconut Oil, Modified Corn Starch, Caramel Color, Salt, Mono And Diglycerides, Carrageenan, Soybean Oil, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Sorbate (Used To Protect Quality), Natural Flavor. Chocolatey Coating: Coconut Oil, Sugar, Cocoa, Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier), Vanilla Extract.
Wait until they find out what "natural flavor" can legally include.
Or Breyers. Big in reading labels. Breyers' vanilla ice cream is good. Or, make your own ice cream. It isn't hard, just a little time consuming.
Or you could just keep bananas slices in the freezer and pulse a handful in a blender/ food processor with some coconut or almond milk and honey for instant soft serve.
Dark chocolate melted with some coconut oil makes a heart healthy magic shell too.
I've done this with frozen organic mango chunks, except using organic 1% milk....it's so easy, quick and UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS!!!
