What if the real situation with the courts is not that Trump can't get remedy, but that the new administration cannot go to the courts to force Trump to turn over control of the government. Trump will prove they stole the election in court if they sue him. All they can do is go on pretending they are in full command until they lose the ability to retain the charade.
Because all the evidence would be forced out into the public and the courts could no longer refuse to see the evidence or deny the facts of election corruption.
Respectfully, it is a big deal. On the State.Gov Protocol Reference site, only the current president can address himself as president, as there is only one president.
When it comes to addressing former presidents in conversation, a former president can be addressed as president (fill in the last name).
In the written correspondence of former United States presidents, this same protocol dictates they use their first and last name.
that is a title he will always have no matter what happens, not a big deal to still use or not

That's why Biden would go along with it. But why would Trump let Biden pretend to be President?
He's forever the 45th President of the United States and should always be addressed as such.
