I actually saw a better explanation in a post here yesterday... The sections of the code 11.3, 11.4, etc. (along with the Geneva Convention) specify that the inhabitants of occupied territory have a one-year grace period where they are protected from prosecution.

The timer for the year started on the date in 2020 that the FED was absorbed into the US Treasury (March 26 2020). That move apparently marked the end of the US Corp. This is all tied in with the US Corp vs. US Republic stuff, and how D.C. is considered occupied territory, etc.

Arrests can begin on either March 26 or 27 of this year, depending on the interpretation of the rules... we will know if the explanation is accurate by the end of next week, and if it is, then next weekend could be the "suicide weekend" mentioned in Q drops... we will see.
