I haven’t changed anything, but I’ve been signed out at least 6 times between yesterday and this morning. Sites not compromised is it?

I've had that problem on and off for months and often "refresh the session" does nothing, it's worthless without the ability to log out and back in. Sometimes I can't log in for over an hour.
