I went to school for this. Camera angle does not explain away what we see here. If Biden's hand was over and in front of the microphone...it would have been extremely too close to him and he would have bumped it when his hand swung back down. That didn't happen. This is chroma-key editing using a green screen. I've seen it many times.
I also went to school for this. My theory is that Bidan walked up right up amongst the mics and whoever had that large one had to quickly scramble it around to the front. So it was behind his hand at first, but they maneuvered it back around which is why it later appears in front.
My theory is the microphone were not there in real time. They were part of the background footage video. Bidens walking in and out was filmed in front of green screen and super imposed in.
Having filmed many times on greenscreen myself, I guess my main question would be, how did they miss this super obvious mistake if the rest of it was done so flawlessly?
There are mistakes in all movies, including this one. As in real movies, some mistakes are accidental and some "intentional". Of course, if you don't buy "we are watching a movie" theory, then it's moot.

Perhaps they were following orders but secretly wanted people to notice. Breadcrumbs.

You need to stop.
Have you even seen the two angles?
Yes. Which only make it worse
