30% is like beginning to fix the dam when water is chest high.

I offer St. Paul/Minneapolis, Minn as an example of what happens when Somali immigrants were settled there in numbers FAR LESS than anything near 30%. It's not called "Little Mogadishu" for nothing, crime has skyrocketed. What used to be a nice midwestern suburb is now making Detroit look like a vacation spot
