It almost looks like those two boom operators are having a fight! Their movement doesn't make any sense at all. They are moving towards Joe's arm, with the risk of him hitting the mic, which could make your potentially important soundbite totally useless.
His hands when while walking look green/gray and crab like. His whole outline is fuzzy just like the mics which could indicate cgi. It is not legit, always go with your gut. Others have talked themselves into it being real, so sad for them.
