The video isn't fake. It's meant to appear fake though. There will be footage release later showing its real in order to discredit people from doubting Bidens appearances, of which many will actually legitimately be greenscreen. This one is not though.

It's fake. A camera lens cannot focus on something in the foreground AND the background while an object in the middle remains out of focus.
