If you have a 401K I would back everything out and put it chunk into the precious metals market and IRA the rest. 401K's are going to tank.

Most of the market is shell companies, derivatives and way overvalued tech companies.. all that value will go poof into thin air exactly where it came from. The market will not bounce back after a crash this time.
