OFFTOPIC: opening GAW on iOS like an app?

Hello folks. There was a post a month or 2 ago that gave a step by step on how to open a URL without a browser app on Android and iOS. It somewhat acts like it’s own app. I was hoping to get some assistance. Thank you in advance.
