Better yet what’s in the containers on the ship? People, a tactical nuke, containers with pop-up lids and missiles inside? Up to15 Tugs have been unable to free the ship. What’s next? Two very large greens from either side to unload containers to lighten the ship? Does that lead to investigating what’s in the containers?
