Let's be real clear here about "comms".... when people in power want things done they don't send out coded messages on Twatter or Fakebook or anything else. What you are suggesting could have been misinterpreted and misconstrued in hundreds of ways... NO. People in power wanting to "send a message" they will do it in no uncertain terms, in direct language laying out the "who what when how" and it will be directed at only those who have a "need to know."
Over the years on these various Q boards I've been on, I've seen the most ridiculous theories on "coded language" and "secret messages". If there HAD been a message to block the Suez Canal, it would have read, "At so-and-so time on so-and-so date, use a ship to block the Suez Canal."
