According to Wikipedia (forgive me)

“ On 24 March 2021, Reddit posted an update to their announcements subreddit confirming that Challenor's position at the company had been terminated.”

Now Wikipedia says “ On 24 March, Reddit's CEO Steve Huffman said that Knight had been inadequately vetted before being hired and that Reddit would review its relevant internal processes. Huffman attributed user suspensions to over-indexing on anti-harassment measures.“

It no longer appears to say she was fired, but “inadequately vetted seems to lead to same conclusion.
