Hello fellow goat!

Voat was a training ground not only for information but to also identify shills on social media platforms. Voat was no longer serving its purpose when we were all conglomerating on one site, this is why it had to be shut down. This was the hammer that was dropped on Christmas Day.

For those who don't know; voat shutting down the way it did was a shipwreck for most members. Some escaped on lifeboats to other social media sites however, I believe the vast majority of goats went down with the ship and were lost in the sea of the internet clinging onto whatever wreckage of voat they could find i.e. screenshots of conversations, keeping the app installed, etc,. As news of the wreckage hit the internet, other sites came buy, began tossing life savers and welcomed goats with open arms. Some goats came back in the end days to report on their discoveries in hopes of preserving the community that was built on one sole site. Utimately this would not be possible and the goats would be separated and we would have to be taken up under foster care on other sites and abide by their rules (notice the #2 on my username because I was already banned).

This was the goal though. By shutting down voat we were forced to go out into the matrix to help identify the shills to those that are still asleep and provide support to those waking up. The battlefield is everywhere EXCEPT voat and the goats are officers of the digital army here to provide support.
