I would imagine that the CCP has already invaded Taiwan over the years with sleeper agents, spies, assassins, and people ready to sabotage Taiwan's infrastructure when the order comes down. I would be seriously surprised if there weren't already several hundred to several thousand such agents, just waiting for their orders.
