The principal or whatever lady while describing the child's behavior mimics him throwing down a clipboard while making a loud SMACKing sound with her voice and hands while looking at the boy.
Why would you make loud noises while around a traumatized kid? Or demonstrate a hitting motion at the same time while looking at him? He's non-verbal, she knows that.
Threat sent in plain view of the camera, in front of cops, in front of you.
The boy understood the threat, listen to the timbre of his voice go up right after she does it.
