Fucking great work!
it feels pretty good, like I have a greater purpose in this crazy timeline, not just a pawn to be pushed around. much self improvement is still needed of course, but I more confident than ever we will succeed!
You do fren, you do!
I highly recommend a book called "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr, it was the only thing that helped me quit forever. I gave it to a friend and he quit too.
There is an "easy way" to quit smoking? and here I have been waiting for the stress in my life to go away. I'm going to check out the book. Thank you.
The author encourages that you read it when you smoke, and I agree it helps. It kind of works like self-hypnosis. You'll basically realize that 90% of the reason you smoke is due to a mental addiction, not physical.
I would agree that mine is a mental addiction! I quit for 17 years and then started again.
