A typo... from the military, that just coincidentally decodes as Q Acquitted as the top answer? Ok ?
Can you explain to me about this decoder and how it reaches its conclusions? I don't understand how that random jarble of letters equals "Q Aquitted," and also means "S Unskilled" and other things? I'm not saying it's not a valid decoding tool, but how and why is it valid and who uses such a decoder? What the hell is it?
My guess is it's shifting the alphabet and trying to make words out of it using an algorithm.
If there truly are no coincidences, this can't be the case. Whether it has meaning or not is a different story.
