There's just not enough legal basis for the Ministerial Decree on the covid19 restrictions.
So all the mandatory social distance, mask wearing, lockdowns, curfews, ... all this was illegal and must be ended.
However, as it has been said : 5,000 € / day (and maximum 200,000 € in total) is ridiculous. They won't pay it or pay this with public money at worst.
Not to mention they can make appeal of the Court decision and there's a "Pandemic Law" in debate, so they're just trying to set a legal basis to all these measures anyway.
We'll see because that could be a spark of hope and I don't want to doom but I also have zero trust in my government.
Why wait?
I don't know why I only got it from dutch newspapers. They didn't say why. But I guess the judges has ruled them unconstitutional
I'm Belgian and this is genuine news.

How about vaxxine?
Vaccines aren't mandatory (yet) and they said they wouldn't make them be.
But we also know they have an agenda and they'll lie as much as necessary.
They're gonna push for it as a voluntary measure, which 80-90% will want anyway because they're scared due to the daily "scary" news.
I'm keeping an eye on the news, waiting for them to deny the Court decision. And I'll try to keep you updated
