I'm reading about all the logistical problems they have for implementing this - I just read a WSJ article saying that the only federal system for keeping track of vaccinations is the easily faked cardboard card. I'm just thinking this may have been part of the plan.

Plausible.
One thing for sure though is they seem to be in a major hurry for some reason. Almost as if they’re running out of time or something. Lots of glitches, gaffes and strange happenings.
When you know about project looking glass their rush makes sense. People are waking up and they are running out of time
