They put them out directly to the press. Media organizations have "wires" or whatever behind-the-scenes news sharing platforms.

The Trump team puts up all the statements on their site https://www.donaldjtrump.com/news but not for days later. So just follow a good news source like OAN or Gateway Pundit, and you'll find out about most of these...

I have the same questions. I'm trying to find if there is validity to the statement he put out about Durham last week. How are we supposed to know if these statements are his and not fabricated?
