We have people that pass away at work since our company has a ton of retirees. If I ask my boss hey how did they die. HIPAA violation.
Yet if he asks have we got the vaccine constantly about our group saying if we all get the vaccine we can magically go back to work LOL.
BTW. My boss is liberal.
Legally, a business can require you to get the vaccine to work.
On Dec. 16, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) confirmed that a COVID-19 vaccination requirement by itself would not violate Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). That law prohibits employers from conducting some types of medical examinations.
I hope this goes to the Supreme Court. That is a bunch of BS. No one should lose their job over it.
Need to start sueing and fighting back. They all want us to be jobless and dead.
