Swarms like that are normal, they happen every now and then all over. Here is the earthquake map for CA/NV https://scedc.caltech.edu/recent/index.html it will tell you if it was quarry explosion or not. Most Big quakes come out of the blue, like the 4th of July 2019 in Ridgecrest. Just keep in mind that the tectonic plate is always moving and new faults are always being discovered. I’ve been waiting for the Big One and still waiting!
