Is it possible to file a class action lawsuit against the U.S. government concerning taxes? My point is, there has been a ton of evidence of election fraud, cheating, etc., but courts haven’t really looked into this deeply (mainly SCOTUS). Biden raising taxes affects me personally, and before I’m required to pay tax at his rate shouldn’t I know whether he truly won or not? This is nothing but peaceful. I’ll pay at the rate it was when President Trump was in office because he was undoubtedly president (cases claiming he was an illegitimate president were heard and President Trump was proven innocent, but not cases concerning Biden). Like California getting well over a million signatures for the recall, we could potentially get tens of millions on board because this truly affects each and every taxpayer.
