At the airport, do they just need to see the vaccine card, and thats good enough evidence for them? Or do they double check your card against a database?
Any recent travelers? planning on a turkey georgia armenia trip.

As of now no database exists. Watch New York for the QR codes to be a thing. I have been hearing its easy to fake these as well. I mean "make legit ones in your free time". So just learn the information you need too, like traveling has been in the past, and continue on your way.
The question really is if the other countries will check the database, when seeing a card. i know the database exists because someone very close to me works with the documentation of vaccinated people at the clinics.
have you traveled recently with a vaccine card (whether real or not) and they just let you pass? would like to know how you know this before i take your word for it and get into some deep shit.
Do not take my word. As I said, Look into it further. I was just saying there are ways too get what you need. I am not an "expert". From what I can research, there are work arounds for all of this at the moment. I haven't tested them out myself yet. Others have, the info is out there. My best advice would be to get ahold of someone in the countries you want to travel too and see what they require for entry/exit. Then you will know what you are getting into.
