Does that mean this was a hate crime? Am I allowed to claim to be a victim since I’m also a man? Just checking to understand how this all works.

So for all the times in which it was some bullshit narrative this may actually have been a shooting that some one was in the wrong for. I've seen some of the dumb asses say she was black and shit.

They showed a video on a laptop and what every one is seing is video of the laptop not the video itself so shit gets lost in the compression and between both frame rate differences. I'm sure in the original video you can see the slide and the flash.
