Illegal and ridiculous, but everyone I know here signed that thing if they were able, and no one cares if the Democrats "tell" on them or even attempt to bug them. Very empty threat.

CA went red, and everyone hates Newsom. They gonna try and harass more than half the state? Good luck with that, commies and Cabal minions!
