I'm sure a dozen of things could have been responsible. The thing that struck me as odd was the sandbag-on-vents story that went along with it. They placed those 2 days before the "flooding". Could all be completely unrelated, though.
I like theorizing about things like these and when you're looking for connections you're bound to make some mistakes. But as soon as any anon's theory gets picked up by PAYtriots, it immediately loses credibility because they sell theories as fact, which discredits our whole movement to some people.
