Here you go, I had to do some stuff, but I found it, the kid stole a Cessna in Florida and crashed it on purpose, I remember it because the mother tried to sue big pharma, it happened not to far from where I live.

I remember in the early two thousands, it was going around that it made people homicidal/suicidal, I believe it was blamed for one incident where a kid was on it, I will go dig around and see if I can find an article in a bit, it was almost 20 years ago.
