I did notice that and did some research. In 2019 the US Mail service started using contractors to move mail. Timing seems suspect. Just in time to move ballots for the 2020 election.

More what I was getting at was if she was hauling mail, I would think what these people did would be punishable the the postal inspectors. Messing with the mail is a big no no.
