I stopped listening to Peterson after it turned out he was super addicted to pills and couldn't kick them himself without being put into a coma to sidestep withdrawals.

He didn't kick it. He had himself put in a medical coma for 10 days so he didn't have to go through the withdrawals of quitting. He's extremely weak, and he needs to clean up his own shit before he starts telling everyone else how to live their lives.
