Per MelQ on Telegram: Twitter creates a random filename for an image that is posted. For the linked image, Twitter's random filename started with "DOITQ".

Not random. Twitter images use an incrementing prefix. They are on about EztC3___________ now. Apparently POTUS waited until the prefix was on DOITQ before posting the image in question (likely with assistance from Dan and/or the Q team). This was assuredly a planned Qincidence (as pointed out in drop 244).
