The UV lights are being used to detect oil from fingerprints. If there are no finger prints on the ballots, then the likelihood of ballots being marked through a non-human process is higher.

I think there looking for a watermark cause we have another video showing a lady touching the ballets with her fingers. If they were looking for finger prints they be wearing gloves right?
