Hey GA,
I didn't get my first shot today and I feel great. No side affects or even any soreness. I think I'll do Deadlifts today. Just wanted to share, I'll report back after not getting the 2nd jab weeks from now.
God Bless.

Deadlifts? Good luck with the herniated disks.
... or you can learn proper form, choose a weight you can handle, and never deal with that.
Its a useless exercise that puts unnecessary strain on your back, regardless of what proper "form" you use. What muscle group are you actually trying to work out with deadlift? You can work out any specific muscle groups doing other exercises that are several times more efficient without doing stupid ass exercises such as deadlifts.
Useless? Oh, it only strengthens your back, legs, core, grip, etc. Just because you can isolate those groups with other exercises does not make the deadlift a "useless exercise". It's quite literally the opposite of "useless". Not to mention this "stress" you complain of is quite beneficial as the movement helps release testosterone and HGH. It also strengthens your lower back so that you won't injure it from poor posture throughout the day while sitting and/or standing.
Idk why so hostile towards such a great lift?
As with any exercise, it's all about maintaining good form.
